Plumbing issues were noticeable and the lack of sound insulation from the late-night bar next door created a disruptive environment until 2:30 AM. On other nights, the heat in the second-floor room was uncomfortable, exacerbated by a broken fan that couldn't be replaced, leaving us to struggle through sticky nights with a small window barely providing relief.

the double room was clean and comfy, brekkie was good n filling, staff was friendly and helpful, our room had nice vintage details, it felt super safe with locked doors.
